Life as a Train Journey!

Picked HE has me
from the crowded monotonous
and placed me
at the window seat!

Placed me there
to see those stations,
in a train journey
called LIFE

A journey beyond a degree
also beyond a job
a journey beyond a car
so beyond that herd!

The first station arrived
was named 'truth'
 people on it sparse
was the real ruth!

Then arrived a station
had it a pyramid;
the top winning the game
'exploitation' was its name!

'Faith' was the next
with most of the people blind;
Godfathers did they search
but not making a grind!

Then came a junction
common to all streams!
'Hunger' was its name
not known by the 'cream'.
Here were the people dense
with the only zeal;
save those little pennies
for a square meal.

Sudden was the train
to make a full stop.
Pulled most of them the chain
for the station was 'fame'.
Made they all
a mad mad rush;
for everyone wanted,
to get down here! 

Saw I then,
a mad mad rush!
Not in the train though
but the next station.
Stared all the people
towards our 'train';
'Tears' was the station
of people in pain!
People in the train though
gave just this sigh;
for no one did wipe,
the tear in their eye!

Approached the train,
the end of the journey;
Looked I around
to find a few with me!
They were the ones,
who appreciated the art,
shook their leg, and
bowed before the great!
Share was the aim
in that great human chain;
also wiped did they the tear,
of the humans in pain!
'Joy was the station,
joy was the station!

I wanna go there,
I pleaded God.
But the journey he said
is through roughs and odd!

Spend some time, HE said
on the station 'truth';
never get down the next
and be who lack the 'ruth'!
Look at the station 'Faith'
with your eyes open;
grind your life,
and find me among 'them'
in the station 'Hunger' next!

Skip 'Fame', instead
get down at 'Pain'!
Give for them an ear,
for that would be your gain!

Sudden you would find,
on the last station 'joy'!
Around you the seers,
you tall among your peers!
